"Having visited Bermuda regularly for the last 17 yrs, my
husband and I were finally in a position to make our dream a
reality. Owning a piece of property in Bermuda that we could call
home was a very exciting prospect, however it is also a very
confusing process for non Bermudians.
After an excellent recommendation, we met with Steve Taylor
while on vacation one summer. He came supplied with every piece of
information we would need. He explained the steps and the process
of buying condominiums, houses, and the rules and regulations of
immigration. Thanks to Steve we had a very clear understanding of
expected costs and a realistic viewpoint of what we could and
couldn't afford. Unlike past experience, there was no pressure to
look at properties we knew we were out of our price range. Steve
showed us condominiums within our price range and we decided to do
more research from the states.
Steve stayed in touch with us throughout the year and when
we returned the following summer, he showed us the property we had
been waiting for. Steve was there every step of the way of the
purchase, whatever we needed, we only had to ask. The most
impressive thing about Steve is, he didn't "disappear"
after the sale. After the closing Steve took the time to go
through the condo while I was on the phone, checking cupboards and
closets for what we would have to bring for our first trip to our
new home. And he hasn't stopped there! We've owned our Bermuda
home now for nearly a year and Steve has been there for whatever
we need when we're state side, from helping me found a butcher who
could supply a fresh turkey for our trip over Thanksgiving to
banking needs. What was a complicated process went smoothly and
easily because of Steve Taylor. We would recommend no other."

We were a young Bermudian couple searching
for a home and needed some help. Along came Steve who pointed us

I would use Steve again...he was always
looking out for us. Once you tell him what you are looking for
it is like he goes inside your head and pulls out the house you
want. He is always on call, may it be at work or home I have all
his numbers. He answered all my questions and the best part is
he is VERY honest about what you are looking to buy. He makes
great points and takes all your views in to consideration. He
even helps me now when I ask about friends who are looking...I
get emails and calls all the time.
